A bachelor's degree in any technical or business background is preferred..
Competency with the core areas of technical project management and Agile methods, with proven success managing medium- to large-scale software or business development projects (PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe experience, and managing data-related projects) is a big plus.
Basic understanding of tooling such as Jira, Planview, etc. Very proficient in MS Office (Excel, MS Word) and essential to be able to learn and utilize tooling
Should be professionaly certified (Preferred ScrumMaster).

Job duties |
Interfacing with senior management to develop and track yearly operational plans and budgets.
Planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and delivering on multiple projects from initiation to completion.
- Providing project guidance to all employees assigned to projects according to best practices and documented project management standards.
- Reporting project status and issues to company management.
- Recommending processes, staffing, and other changes to improve the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with programmers, other IT staff, and non-IT functional areas.
- Lead, participate, present proof of concepts (POC’s), prototypes, and presentations to customers.
- Create and update business rule documents and get the features implemented as per user requirements and various business domains.
- Work effectively and in a timely manner to determine the estimate to design, build, code, document, and unit test so that accurate estimates can be provided to the technical supervisor.
- Work as a centralized point of contact for inbound and outbound stewardship inquiries.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to arrange all logistics associated with corporate access interactions (NDRs, site visits, conference calls, and one-off meetings) through
CorpAxe technology and or other similar software’s available in the market.
- Develop ongoing knowledge of PM and analyst coverage in the allocated sector and/or region to plan the results of the season roadshow schedule and curate content, including bespoke field trips and thematic events.
Conduct weekly sprint meetings and compliance meetings with numerous departments. Attendance at business requirements and various design and development review meetings to ensure understanding of project scope and deliverables.
