Must-Have

• BS degree in Engineering or in any related field

• Minium 6+ years of experience in IT and 3+ years of relevant experience

• Experience with IBM ODM

• Experience in Java and .net Proficient in documenting and communicating ideas clearly

• Ability to resolve issues in a non-confrontational manner

• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

• Knowledge of the Insurance Industry is a nice to have.

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills
